As a part of OPERATION NETRA, Jharsuguda Sadar Police have successfully detected a burglary case and apprehended the accused person. Upon receipt of a complaint regarding a burglary at the residential house of the Complt. Wuppuluri Rajeswara Rao of David Colony, Cox Colony, Jharsuguda, under the jurisdiction of Sadar Police Station, the above-mentioned case was registered and the investigation was taken up on priority. Senior officers closely supervised the operation to ensure quick results. With the help of technical surveillance, the police able to track the location of the involved accused and apprehended the accused Burada Shiva Prasad on 13.03.2026 from West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. Stolen property worth approximately Rs. 2 lakhs has been recovered. The accused person will be produced before the Hon’ble Court today. Further investigation of the case is continuing.
